Chimneys Picnic Area

The Chimney Tops picnic area is probably the most popular one in the Smoky Mountains. The picnic grounds follows a loop road and has picnic tables on both sides of the road. Select tables are situated along the river. All picnic spots have grills for barbecuing.

Some spots are handicapped accessible.

This picnic area has BBQ grills, potable water and restroom facilities with flush toilets.

The Chimney Tops picnic area is located 4.5 miles from Sugarlands Visitor Center just outside Gatlinburg, TN.
