There is a $375.00 annual fee, per image, for use of any of our images without permission. Use of our copyrighted material without permission applies to the owner of the Internet domain which violated the copyright privilege(s), the website developer, and any companies responsible for usage of our copyright materials.


Prohibited Uses

Using these images to illustrate a story that slanders or damages the reputation of the subject. This is considered classic Libel. Example: if content or images are used in a news story about any other event or occurrence unrelated to travel & tourism. Using these images in such a way that the subject is cast in a libelous False Light, even editorially. Image Builders and its suppliers will have grounds for a False Light libel action if your article damages their reputation.
